Consulting and Behavioural Interventions
Depending on the issue, whether it’s a conflict, a culture, or a performance issue, I personally diagnose what the source of the problem might be. Then I produce a report with a range of options for action, giving a rationale for each. The next step involves engagement of teams and senior management for putting in place the solutions.
