Training and Workshops

Consulting and Behavioural Interventions

Depending on the issue, whether it’s a conflict, a culture, or a performance issue, I personally diagnose what the source of the problem might be. Then I produce a report with a range of options for action, giving a rationale for each. The next step involves engagement of teams and senior management  for putting in place the solutions.

  • 15-30 mins max. opportunity call to allow you to describe your needs and for me to ascertain what I would suggest and deliver for your consideration. There is no charge for one such opening call.

  • A 30–60 minute session — online or in person — with key senior stakeholders to clarify context, challenges, and goals.

  • Formalise the contract for services.

  • You’ll receive a tailored solution strategy and outline of next steps from me.

  • The work is delivered with focus, clarity, and a commitment to meaningful outcomes.

  • A final review session to reflect on outcomes, actions, and deliverables
